What are your shipping rates?
All local orders below SGD30 will be shipped by our courier service at a rate of $1.50. We provide free shipping above SGD30!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Currently, we ship to Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia and United States (: Shipping rates will be reflected upon carting out. Free delivery is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over a specified amount!
I ordered the wrong colors/sizes. Can I exchange?
Should you wish to exchange a product you'd already received, please drop us a IG Direct Message (DM) within 7 days of receipt. A shipping fee of $3.50 will be borne by the customer.
My items received are defective/wrong. What do i do?
We are so sorry to hear that. Should there be a defective product or incorrect item in your package, please email us/IG DM us within 7 days of receipt. Do include your order number and photos/videos of the items. We are more than happy to ship over the items and cover the shipping fees.
